Role Overview:

Agile Managex Technologies, a part of the esteemed SV Group of Companies, boasts nearly a decade of expertise in the realms of comprehensive IT services, cutting-edge software development, and innovative Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions. We are currently on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Executive (cybersecurity) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of motivation, organization, and creativity, eagerly embracing the challenges inherent in expanding our clientele through strategic sales initiatives.

Job Summary:

The Sales Representative will be responsible for sourcing new customers through diverse channels and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. This role involves planning and coordinating sales activities across Pakistan, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services, and working closely with clients to maximize the value they receive from our solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and coordinating sales activities across Pakistan.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients.
  • Closely work with Sales Team to Identify and Understand customers’ IT requirements when proposing solutions.
  • Work closely with clients to ensure they are receiving the maximum value from our solutions.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly to ensure high retention rates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and support.
  • Prepare comprehensive documentation for sales proposals and contracts.
  • Hands on knowledge for the IT/ Cyber Security.
  • Should be able to work on RFI, RFP, RFQ documents.
  • Experience in preparing and Conducting Technical Presentations for the customers.
  • Will be responsible for conducting POCs by himself or with the Vendor Technical support.
  • Responsible for the Solution Implementation/ Configurations /Support to the client.
  • Actively responsive on customers’ regular support.
  • Fully cooperative with the Sales Team and help them at any stage for the Sales and after Sales.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) is often preferred.
  • Proven experience in a Technical Role with System Integrator.
  • Preference if previously worked in System Integrator.
  • Have in depth understanding on Cyber Security Technologies (not product specific).
  • Patient with Strong Problem-Solving Skills and the ability to translate complex Technical Concepts into clear, customer-friendly language.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Customer-focused mind set with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships in terms of Support.
  • Familiarity with Sales Processes and the ability to work collaboratively with Sales Teams.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings or demonstrations.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific tools and software may be required, depending on the sector.
  • Relevant certifications are a plus.
