Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing various HR functions, supporting employee needs, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating on-boarding for new hires.
- Proactively seek out qualified candidates for specialized or executive roles via headhunting, using Linked In and social networks.
- Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates for future openings by cultivating relationships with high-potential professionals.
- Analyze industry trends and market activities to identify top performers and companies with potential talent.
- Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to HR policies and procedures.
- Support the performance appraisal process, helping managers provide feedback and set development goals for employees.
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs to enhance skills and capabilities.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.
- Support the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring employees understand their options.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and workplace cultures, such as events and surveys.
Experience & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR or a related role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
