• Analyze the impacts of new business approaches on existing systems and provide recommendations.
• Use a scientific reductionist approach to problem-solving, ensuring precise and thorough analysis.
• Produce and maintain documentation, including architectural diagrams, system diagrams, and class diagrams, to support technical analysis and design.
• Collaborate with stakeholder teams across business units, such as sales and development, to develop analysis and documentation for new prospects.
• Gather and analyze functional requirements for new leads to assist technical analysts with estimations.
• Maintain documentation of database objects and other technical details.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to internal teams and clients.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business analysis, with a strong understanding of user requirements and system analysis.
• Technical proficiency in analyzing and designing applications, with the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with architectural diagrams, system diagrams, and class diagrams.
• Background in database-level documentation is a plus.
