Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

- Translate business needs into technical requirements, providing detailed documentation and support to the development team.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to gather functional requirements and provide updates on project progress.
- Analyze the impacts of new business approaches on existing systems and provide recommendations.
- Use a scientific reductionist approach to problem-solving, ensuring precise and thorough analysis.
- Produce and maintain documentation, including architectural diagrams, system diagrams, and class diagrams, to support technical analysis and design.
- Collaborate with stakeholder teams across business units, such as sales and development, to develop analysis and documentation for new prospects.
- Gather and analyze functional requirements for new leads to assist technical analysts with estimations.
- Maintain documentation of database objects and other technical details.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to internal teams and clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business analysis, with a strong understanding of user requirements and system analysis.
- Technical proficiency in analyzing and designing applications, with the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with architectural diagrams, system diagrams, and class diagrams.
- Background in database-level documentation is a plus.
