Account Manager – Intelligent Automation Solutions

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive Account/Sales Manager to drive sales and manage client relationships for our AI-powered technical solutions.
This role requires a strong sales acumen, end-to-end ownership of client engagement, and the ability to manage the sales cycle from initial pitch to post-sale support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Pitch & Client Engagement: Deliver compelling presentations and sales pitches to potential clients, clearly articulating the value of our AI solutions
  • End-to-End Ownership: Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for clients, overseeing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation and post-sale support.
  • Proposal Drafting & Contract Negotiation: Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals that meet both client needs and company goals.
  • Target-Based Sales: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and manage individual and team performance, ensuring alignment with KPIs and sales objectives.
  • Market Insight: Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities and tailor solutions to client needs.
  • Pre and Post-Sales Support: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing client satisfaction post-sale.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales/account management, preferably in AI or tech solutions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and sales processes simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics.
