RPA Developer

Position Overview:

As an RPA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing
Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using tools such as Microsoft Power Automate,
UiPath to streamline business processes, reduce operational costs, and improve efficiency.
You will work closely with business analysts, process owners, and other stakeholders to
understand process requirements and deliver robust automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development:
  • Develop, test, and implement RPA solutions using tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, UiPath.
  • Create reusable RPA components and libraries.
  • Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.

Process Analysis:

  • Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to understand and document business processes suitable for automation.
  • Conduct feasibility analysis and identify potential automation opportunities.
  • Implementation and Maintenance:
  • Deploy RPA solutions in the production environment and ensure their smooth operation.
  • Monitor and maintain RPA solutions to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA processes.

Quality Assurance:

  • Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Conduct thorough testing of RPA solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and external vendors.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and other team members on RPA tools and processes.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay updated with the latest RPA trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Propose and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of RPA solutions.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of working experience in the Software development and Automation field, containing 1+ years of Management.

Experience:

  • At least 3 years of working experience in the Software development and Automation field, containing 1+ years of Management.
  • Hands-on experience with RPA tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, UiPath.
  • Experience in process analysis, design, and implementation of automation solutions.
  • Experience with OCR, ICR, machine learning, and AI technologies.
  • Familiarity with web services (REST, SOAP) and API integrations.
  • Knowledge of business process management (BPM) tools.
  • Experience with Databases (SQL or NoSQL) is often preferred.
  • Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

Skills:

  • Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, .NET, Python, or Java.
  • Proficiency in automation tools and frameworks, such as Power Automate, Selenium, UiPath, Scrappy, ROBOT, Power automates, Playwright, etc.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Certifications:
  • RPA Developer certification from leading RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath Certified RPA Developer, Microsoft Power Automate Certification) is a plus.
