Business Development Executive – Cybersecurity

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to focus on expanding our Cybersecurity vertical. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development or sales, with a solid understanding of the cybersecurity landscape. Expertise in using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and CRM tools is essential for identifying and engaging potential clients. Experience in tech sales, especially in cybersecurity, is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Business Development: Identify and target new business opportunities in the cybersecurity market through thorough research, industry networking, and strategic outreach.
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Utilize LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and CRM tools to build, manage, and nurture long-term relationships with potential clients.
  • Solution Presentation: Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to showcase cybersecurity solutions tailored to clients’ needs.
  • Collaborate with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to create innovative strategies for lead generation, brand positioning, and client engagement in the cybersecurity domain.
  • Industry Insight: Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats, solutions, market trends, and competitor activities to refine and strengthen business development strategies.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets by identifying new prospects and converting leads into successful deals.
  • Reporting & Strategy: Provide detailed reports on business development efforts, client feedback, and market insights to senior management, contributing to overall business growth strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development or sales, ideally within the cybersecurity or technology sector.
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity solutions and a keen understanding of the industry’s current challenges and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and CRM tools for prospecting and relationship management.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile Technologies’ service offerings and the cybersecurity industry is essential.
