Business Development Executive – Digital Transformation (RPA)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a driven Business Development Executive to expand our client base and promote our technical solutions. The ideal candidate will excel in client outreach, building relationships, and closing deals while working toward achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Outreach: Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and social media.
  • Solution Selling: Present and explain our technical solutions, convincing clients of their value and benefits.
  • Follow-ups: Maintain regular follow-ups to move prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Market Insight: Stay updated on industry trends and competition to identify new opportunities.
  • Reporting: Track and report sales activities and outcomes in CRM tools.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 0-3 years of experience in business development or sales, with a focus on technical sales, especially in Digital Transformation
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to a non-technical audience.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and CRM tools for client management and lead tracking.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
